Norman’s Historic Italian eatery

Pinocchio’s originally opened in 1972 at Stubbeman Village. Glen Woods created the breadstick we know, love, and have missed since the shop closed in 2001. We are excited and proud to have brought back Norman’s favorite classic Italian restaurant.

Why did we bring it back?

Michael Nash was eating breadsticks and reminiscing about the homecooked, fresh made breadsticks he had came to love from Pinocchio’s, so he hunted down Glen Woods and struck a deal to reopen. We are proud to be able to bring back Pinocchio’s, but even more proud to have the expert Glen Woods leading our kitchen and ensuring we are able to stay true to the classic, homecooked meals we so fondly remember.
